Can’t decide between a gin & tonic and a glass of rosé? Thanks to Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s newest gin release, you don’t have to choose.
According to Marie Claire, the Hamptons winery has released their second batch of Wölffer Pink Gin, which uses the winery’s acclaimed rosé wine as the base of the spirit rather than using bitters or botanicals, like most other gins. They do still use juniper as the base, giving it a traditional gin taste, but alongside spices used in gin like cardamom and and fennel, they also add a small amount of red grape skin extract.
With yet another rosé-filled summer coming to an end, there’s no better way to close out the season than with the chicest G&T around.
