In the past year, we’ve seen the craft beer find its way aboard planes and trains. Now it’s looking like the high seas are next.
Florida’s Funky Buddha Brewery has announced that it is partnering with Celebrity Cruise Lines to host the first of what will surely be many craft beer cruises.
The inaugural voyage shoves off from Port Everglades on Thursday, March 12, 2015 and travels to Nassau, Bahamas and Key West, Florida before returning to port on Monday, March 16.
The itinerary includes a beer pairing dinner; poolside party; a panel discussion on Genre Pushing Beers that includes a sampling of rare Funky Buddha Brews; a pub crawl through some Key West’s best watering holes; and more.
Rates start at $521.80 per person for inside staterooms, and $641.80 for Ocen View Rooms. For more information about the cruise, or to book a room, check out the Funky Buddha Brewery’s website.
