The Westside Wheat is an American­-style wheat beer that sits at 5% ABV. Made with equal parts barley and wheat, this light, crisp wheat beer is a golden Hawaiian sun color. There is slight hop taste at the finish. The Cane Fire Red is full of malty goodness and has a deep amber color. While slightly bitter, the Crystal malts come through. Captain Cooks IPA is a local favorite and clocks in at 6.2% ABV. It has a flowery scent and botanical taste that is both sweet and bitter. The Na Pali Pale Ale at 5.4% ABV has a nice citrusy aroma with a crisp hop taste.

All these suds pair well with the seafood and sandwich menu the grill offers. The chalkboard above the kitchen door highlights the daily specials. The Ahi Poke can be ordered as an appetizer, AKA pupu, or as a wrap and pairs well with the lighter beers, while the fried KBC Shrimp and Chips entrée pairs well with the malty beers. Ask Bartender Nat nicely and he might make his special shrimp sauce for your platter.
